Three warranty levels for your peace of mind.

The guarantee of total completion, the 2-year warranty and the 10-year warranty are legal guarantees linked to any building work:
• The guarantee of total completion is valid for one year and commits the builder to repairing any faults reported by the project manager (reservations noted on reception or by written notification subsequently),
• The 2-year warranty of correct operation covers the elements not guaranteed by the 10-year warranty.
• The 10-year warranty : covers all serious faults that compromise the solidity of the structure or which alter it and render it unfit for use. Article 1792 of the French Civil Code.
